Alexander "Lexe" Diem set a new speed skydiving worldrecord during the austrian nationals on airfield suben. At his first jump, on saturday 1st september 2007, he pushed the record to 504,32 km/h avarage speed. Lexe won the austrian nationals with a meet result of 481,03 km/h.

The worldrecord was confirmed by following ISSA members:

• Marco Wiederkehr (Liechtenstein)
• Ken Hansen (Norway)
• Christian Labhart (Switzerland)
• Arnold Hohenegger (Austria)
